After you fill out the contact form someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a free complimenary consultation with the intent of getting to know each other. This is very important not just fo us but for you to see if we are a good fit.
We will ask questions in order to obtain more information so we will know best how to guide you in planning your idyllic ceremony.


Upon the decision to book with us you will need to decide your ceremony date and clear that date with us. Once the date is cleared and both parties are in agreement -we will send you our paperwork- you will fill out the paperwork. and pay the deposit.
The invoice is generated through Paypal and the deposit will hold your date and the services of your officiant. If you are unable to place down your deposit immediately just let us know the date and we will work with you.


Once the paperwork is in and your deposit has been received we will work with you to insure you decide on the location that fits your vision and your budget. We will also put you in contact with a photographer of your choosing if you do not already have one in mind.
They will contact you to get you booked. You will be expected to put down a deposit with your photographer as well as fill out their paperwork. Unlike other companies it is very important to us that you have a personal relationship with all the vendors involved in your special day. 


Many of our couples get married in one of the park systems or somewhere outside but if your vision involves a venue we will clear your date with the venue of your choice and put you in contact with the manager so you can secure your ceremony date. 
As of recent we can no longer obtain a permit for you to get married in the park system. you must obtain this yourself according to the parkway.
Again it is very important to us that you have a personal relationship with all your vendors involved in making your day successful and beautiful.


Rev. Katrina will then begin the process of assisting you in planning your ceremony. From assisting you in designing your vows to assisting you in planning out other aspects of your day.-
she has 20 years experience as a planner and an officiant. 


Katrina has a schedule she follows with each client so if you have booked well in advance there maybe some time lapse where you will not be contacted.
Do not worry Katrina is very aware of all that needs to happen before your big day and she will be in touch periodically to check in and see if you have any questions as well as keeping you on track-
you may also reach out to her anytime.


Unless otherwise requested you will receive your final invoice three days prior to your ceremony date. Katrina will also send you the final draft of the ceremony just for you to sign off on.
She will also be watching the weather if you have planned your ceremony in an outdoor location and keep everyone informed of any changes that need to take place due to weather.
She will also check with you one last time to answer your questions and calm your fears -so please relax and enjoy the process our goal is our motto: Simple, Beautiful I do's.
After the ceremony Katrina will file your marriage licenses and ask you to consider giving us a review on google reviews or yelp which is highly appreciated.
